Lovely location and very quiet. Breakfast was nice. We slept very well . Personally I didn‘t care for all the dead animals on display, I like animals to be alive. Otherwise I recommend this hotel.

Very disappointing hotel not a 4star hotel.

We were looking forward to our visit, but were left somewhat disappointed. The hotel is very tired and in need of renovating. The room didn’t have the facilities advertised with no coffee tea making facilities or kettle. (With an expectation you buy a coffee for 55NOK!) Decoration was very worn and poorly done. Door handles for the terrace coming away from door. Bathroom was actually a very very small wet room. So everything in the room got wet when you showered. Beds were old and had gone soft so not that comfortable. No bedding provided for the sofa bed. The staff were doing their best. They were always polite and responsive. The food in the restaurant was good but didn’t match the menu? Breakfast was good but choice was a little limited. Only one Tesla charger available so unable to charge my car as another person in a Tesla was plugged in for entirety of our stay. Overall a disappointing visit not what we were expecting for a junior suite! The photos used on the website are misleading and do the best job I have seen in making the place look modern and fresh. It isn’t. Not the standard you expect of BW and of a 4 star hotel. (At best 2 stars)

Not able to check-in even though it was paid

I wasn’t able to check-in with them after waiting for an hour for someone to show up at the front desk. The property is supposed to be a 24-hour front desk. Not only was our experience awful and stressful, and we had to find a new hotel in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of the night (the nearest hotel was an hour away), but our experience with hotels.com and the support staff was even worse and completely unprofessional. Very disappointed with hotels.com

Vi hadde bestilt rom for 3 personer, men det var kun oppredd for 2 når vi ankom. Personalet var imøtekommende og fikset det med en gang 👍Rommet (suite M havutsikt) bærer preg av alderdom. Rommet er sparsomt, men helt greit. Små bad. Flott utsikt 👍

Mellomlanding på Ranten.

De beste puter og dyner i dobbeltsengen. Rimelig pris for et fint rom med egen sovealkove. Maten i restauranten var sånn passe; biff Stroganoff, ikke mørt kjøtt. Maten var lunken, både kjøtt og potetmos, men med god smak. Den andre hovedretten med laks minnet om en suppe eller fiskegryte blandet med potetmos i en lite tiltrekkende blanding. Men god smak. Ingen norsktalende i personalet.

Gammelt hotell. Interiør og rom som fra 60 tallet. Enkel standard. Ok enkel frokost. Personale var veldig seine til å fylle på-hadde heldigvis god tid og skulle ikke rekke noe. Hyggelig personale. Veldig lytt mellom rommene. Fin natur. Avslappet atmosfære.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel,kok en manager. De manager diende zelf mee op. De kok is een topper en heel leuk om mee te praten. Zijn 3-gangen menu's zijn echt top. Het ontbijtbuffet is goed, alleen spijtig dat een bus Chinezen deze de tweede morgen bijna hadden leeggeplunderd. Verder was de badkamer wel geen 4 sterren waard en is het hotel wat demodé, maar de eetzaal was wel tof. De grootste ergernis is de tolweg naar het hotel. Vermits het een privéweg is moet je elke keer wanneer je deze neemt 40nok betalen en als je niet binnen de 48u via de website betaalt krijg je de factuur opgestuurd met extra kosten erbij. Je moet het maar weten als toerist. Eigenlijk zou dit mee in de hotelkost moeten zitten.
