We booked a SPA hotel but Spa was not operational. The hotel did not inform us before arrival despite knowing about that for several days. The hotel & staff were excellent, the breakfast choice was superb. Left a passport by mistake in the hotel room safe, hotel staff got it to us by courier the next day, big thanks to the staff.
