    This modern villa, located in a quiet area, is the ideal place to relax. Situated in the residential neighborhood *La Exotica*, just 1.5 km from the center of Nerja, this villa is a perfect base. In just a 5-minute drive, you can reach the lively town center and its beautiful beaches.



    Location and Outdoor Area

    The villa is accessed by a staircase and occupies the first and second floors. On the first floor, patio doors open onto a lovely terrace with a private pool and stunning views of Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or dining al fresco. Sun loungers are provided for relaxation, and there is also a barbecue area for enjoyable evenings. The surroundings are a paradise for hikers and active travelers. By car, you can easily visit the charming white villages of the Axarquia region or take a day trip to historic Granada. **Parking**, on the public road next to the villa, is always easy and hassle-free.

    The villa features a comfortable and stylish interior spread across two floors.



    On the first floor, you will find a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a dining area, and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 3-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.



    On the second floor, there are three spacious bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all designed for restful nights. The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

We had the most wonderful time

We had the most wonderful time staying here and would most definitely stay again. The villa is small but lovely and well equipped, and the garden area is out of this world. The pool was perfect for us as a couple, the views were stunning, and the plants and trees surrounding the garden were beautiful - a real slice of paradise 🙂 Fernando was a brilliant host, including leaving us a home grown fruit and local wine which we loved. The house is very secluded, so you need to be a confident driver to get to it! With that, it was incredibly peaceful and quiet. A brilliant villa that I would highly recommend if you're looking for something peaceful up in the beautiful hills.

Fantásticas vacaciones

Desde el primer momento, Encarna, nos facilitó la entrada a la casa a pesar de llegar antes. La casa estaba extraordinariamente limpia, lo que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos desde el primer momento. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La comunicación con Ralph, también estupenda. Sin duda, volveríamos a este alojamiento. Quizá un tratamiento profesional contra las hormigas, que el algún momento ha sido algo incómodo.
