Perfect for beach lovers, Villa Ladera Sol has an enviable position by the shores of Guilche Beach. Enjoying an elevated position, this 5 bedroom detached villa offers fantastic sea views and a bright, contemporary design throughout. The villa sits on the edge of the lively Nerja resort, so you can experience an array of shops, bars and restaurants on offer within a short drive. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.
This contemporary villa has a fantastic location near Guilche Beach and the centre of Nerja is within 10 minutes' drive. You'll find an array of shops, cafes, and restaurants to explore. At night, the town comes alive with summer street markets, live entertainment creating a great atmosphere, as well as bars and nightlife. The neighbouring resort of Torrox Costa offers a long promenade with many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. What's more, the whitewashed village of Frigiliana is around 15 minutes' drive away. Our villa Ladera Vista is next door, which you have access from on the first floor great for large families travelling together.
