Nerja stay
We had a wonderful 6 days in this beautiful apartment. It was bright and plenty of room. Lots of crockery and cutlery. I does say there are two full bathrooms, but there is only one full bathroom and a toilet with a sink in. Fantastic sea view with a beautiful terrace. It is on a hilly development and there are around 50 steps you need to walk up to the apartment, which is a little daunting, but, by the end of the six days I was running up them!! Great communication with the host. It is a good 40 min walk into centre of Nerja, but there are buses and it is a flat walk( once you’re off the development). I would most definitely recommend this apartment.

The Best View in Nerja – Super Balcony and Amazing Views
I cannot say enough about the beauty of this villa. The views were amazing whether seeing the sunrise or sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped and had an abundance of everything one needs including an outside BBQ grill with charcoal and starter. Super clean and the two bathrooms were a plus. We will definitely would rent this one again.

Beautiful spacious apartment with breathtaking views and all the modern conveniences you could wish for. We are a family of 4 , 2 adults and 2 kids aged 11 and 9.Unfortunately we were not made aware that the pool was'nt open.This would have been a major negative for our holiday had we not been able to rent sunbeds and use the pool area of the nearby Marinas de Nerja hotel.A petty gripe on my part but the double bed was made up using 2 single sheets overlapping in the centre which is obviously not ideal , the linen while clean was a bit tired looking also.Notwithstanding these issues I would certainly reccomend this apartment to a friend.

Glad you liked the apartment. Sorry about the pool. The pool is open now... The entire Region was forbidden to filling its pool for a short time when there was a water shortage in Spain. Glad you found an alternative.

Beautiful property but some issues
I was thinking of giving a 3 but after much thought 4 is appropriate score. The property is beautiful, well equipped and the host was very accessible. The deck and view were awesome. There was abundant parking, which is a big positive in Spain. We like to walk so walking up and down hills and steps were not a problem for us and the mile plus walk to town was beautiful. The issues were: 1. An ant infestation that was annoying; and 2. The WiFi and TV was spotty at best. Each night after a long day we wanted to watch a movie which was often impossible because the TV would freeze. Also, it would be nice if some information was provided, like restaurants, bus cost and schedules, location of rubbish disposal etc. Nerja is a wonderful place. We spent a lot of time there as the shops and restaurants are very good. We used the property as a home base and visited a lot of places like Sevilla, Granada, Ronda, Marbella, Malaga, Frigliana, Caminito Del Rey, etc. Driving and parking in larger cities can be stressful. Driving on the highways is easier. I recommend not driving if possible. Google maps is often wrong in the bigger cities and it can get you into some dicey situations (e.g. streets that are barely wider than your car). Overall, it was a great vacation.

After two weeks of rain, ants often enter the houses. I offered you to send our property manager with ant poison but you declined.. Regarding the TV picture freezing for two days, you also been told from me that everyone in Nerja who has Avartel as a TV and wifi provider had the same problem. We are sorry for that. There is a folder with some information in the apartment. But we are glad that you still enjoyed your stay.

Just like on the pictures, but better!
Renting somebody else's house is always a little worrisome, but there is no need to worry in this case. The house was clean, well furnished and the view -- which everybody mentions -- is truly spectacular! We did not find the 50 or so steps to be difficult, but be aware that there is no way to avoid them each time that you leave the unit. Parking at the base of the steps is plentiful but can require some tight manoeuvering. While we did walk a few times to Nerja itself, I believe that you do need a car to appreciate the area. It is a wonderful town with several good restaurants; by the way, we were there in February and had no difficulty finding a good selection of restaurants in Nerja. The same holds true for Playa Burriana which you will enjoy.

Spectacular terrace with million-dollar view!
Gorgeous, gorgeous place! Only two negatives: As first- time visitors, we had trouble finding the unit. GPS had directed us into the Avalon entrance (not the Ladera del Mar entrance) which got us within 100 yards. But the rental agent seemed unwilling to help us find him and didn't seem to know the immediate neighborhood well. Once there, he didn't help us with any luggage, nor was he able to point us to an open restaurant nearby. Another caution: it's easy to lock oneself out on the terrace. ( We were not warned that we MUST leave a patio door ajar.) When we discovered we were locked out, we called the rental agent, who was 45 min away. Ultimately, we threw ourselves on the mercy of a resident we saw walking below, who helped us get back in. If not for those two factors, our stay would rate six stars.

Relaxing stay in lovely Nerja
The apartment was as shown in the photos. The sunny deck offers spectacular views over the ocean. The nearby pool is clean and large. There is a nice beach nearby but a car is recommended to access the larger, cleaner beaches at Nerja and also to reach the grocery stores. We loved the apartment, the only negative was that the WiFi was so unreliable and insecure that we had to use our own data to access most sites.

Beautiful Location and Property
The location of the property is stunning, with panoramic views from the large balcony. Overall, the property was very clean. The only issue we had was with the bed linnen - one pillow was not clean and as such, unusable. We contacted the property manager but did not receive a response from him. This is the reason behind 4 starts for cleanliness. Otherwise, the property was excellent and we would recommend staying there. Be aware, there are 50+ steps from the road to the apartment. Not an issue for us, but those with mobility problems should be aware.

View is worth the steps.
We loved it! The view from the patio is fab. The apartment is large, well equipped and cool (ac works well when required). Yvonne was a great host - supplied new tv within 24 hours when we discovered it was too old to receive most Uk channels. Now fully up to all international channels plus Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc. And the real test of a good home from home? The kitchen knives were sharp!! Excellent overall. Recommend (hire car useful for the hill)

Apartment with a view
The apartment is wonderful. Spacious, clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The view is gorgeous from inside and out on the patio. Property managers were responsive. It does have a series of steps to get up to it which we didn’t mind but a thought for those less mobile. Also, not all beds were made up bit when we requested them to be management came by and did. As well we had to request a 2nd set of towels along with hand towels. Overall the property is great but should provide a change of linens based on things happen.

Superb Views

What a view!
Superb from start to finish. Beautiful apartment, well equipped, spotlessly clean, comfortable and an amazing view. From sunrise to sunset the terrace was the perfect place to relax. Close to Nerja and Torrox with lovely seafront strolls and a great variety of places to eat. Definitely recommended and hope to return soon.

The terrace is the star
Lovely apartment. The terrace is the star here and it did not disappoint, sun from sunrise to sunset. Great views over the local area and sea. Well-equipped apartment everything is provided you would need for your stay. I would say a car is going to make your life easier but not essential, easy parking. Good communication with the owner. Clean, tidy, roomy for 2, well equipped, and quiet. Pool and garden area 100 yards from the apartment well looked after for residents use. Several restaurants within easy walking distance, the nearest you can see from the terrace and was excellent and inexpensive. Bus stop few minute's walk at the bottom of the hill to Nerja every half hour or you can walk to town in about 40 minutes. If you want a quiet location with plenty of sun and privacy this will suit you.

Spectacle Sea View
One of the best holiday rental properties we have ever been to. Immaculate, spacious with every kitchen item you would need if you like to cook while on holiday. The terrace is spacious and the view one you would never tire of. Pool a short walk away and nice grassy/ shady area. We walked into town which takes about 35 minutes to Balcon de Europa but also used the hourly bus for €1 (mask required) it leaves from bottom of hill at ten to the hour till quite late. Taxi back nice as cuts out the hill and was €7. Local beach has nice chilled vibe with barely noticeable road noise. Fish in restaurant cooked on beach BBQ highly recommended as is the Pina colada from the beach bar. I would just add caution for anyone who struggles with mobility as there is a bit of a climb up steps from the car parking area on the road below. Worth it if you are physically able as makes the apartment very quiet and being higher enhances the view. I didn’t see any dolphins but believe there have bee sightings. Maybe next time🤞🏼

As good as we hoped for!
We originally booked this apartment pre covid but had to cancel due to travel restrictions. I was determined to visit this year as the views and pictures looked ideal. We weren’t disappointed! It was a beautiful spot and the views didn’t disappoint. Very peaceful location with limited local bars/ shops - but enough for a week or so. Nerja is a short ride on the bus from the end of the road - just €1 ( mask still required) or €10 in a taxi. Nerja ha lots of lovely bars and restaurants and Frigliona is also worth a visit. Overall a lovely break and great place to stay. Host was also very helpful and responsive. A

Just wonderful!
The views are stunning! Well worth climbing the stairs to get to the apartment. No problem parking, as there was always a convenient spot. We especially enjoyed the deck; at every time of day or night the view is just breathtaking. The apartment itself is very comfortable, and we didn't want to leave!

What a lovely place to vacation! We loved the pool and the restaurants that were within walking distance and the view. Ah that view! We enjoyed driving to the beach in town but there are two beaches within walking distance too! Great spot!

Lovely short stay in very nice property.
We had a great stay in a lovely property on the outskirts of Nerja. Property was well-equipped and comfortable, with a lovely terrace with amazing views (although weather prevented us using it much). Lovely walk along the beach into Nerja, although steep hill and some steps on return.

Beautiful Views
Lovely villa in stunning location with a lovely big terrace. Things to be aware of. It’s up a very steep hill and there are quite a lot of stairs also, so mobility needs to be good. Also the nearest supermarket is in Nerja so you will require transport for shopping. Villa overall is very well equipped however bearing in mid the distance to the nearest shop, a small welcome pack would have been appreciated. When we arrived there was not so much as a sheet of toilet roll or bottle of water in apartment. Also 1 bath and 1 small hair towel per person is what we were allowed for a 12 day stay. No hand towels in either toilets or in kitchen, where 1 small tea towel was provided. All in all a lovely apartment but be aware of distance to nearest shop, hills and stairs

Thank you for your nice review. There should be toilet paper and soap to begin with. Kitchen towel should be there aswell. I will tell my agent to take care of it more carefull. Grandioser Ausblick
Wir waren mit Familie in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist im hellen Farbton gehalten, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Insbesondere der Ausblick vom Balkon war grandios. Der einzige Nachteil waren die 50 Treppenstufen herauf zur Wohnung. Für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen nicht zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Una estancia muy agradable en familia

Dejligt lejlighed i roligt område
Stor og lækker lejlighed med virkelig flot udsigt fra terrassen. Nem parkering til bilen. Kommunikation med værten var nem og "check in" var fleksibelt og dejlig smooth. Klar anbefaling herfra!

Toller Ausblick zum Genießen
Großzügige und gemütliche Wohnung! Lage gut! Blicklage exzellent! Die Treppen, die vielfach genannt werden haben uns persönlich nicht gestört. Liebevoll bepflanzt und gepflegt! Der Pool ist nur über die Straße zu erreichen. Schlecht für Kinder! Auch leider kein Bademeister am Pool! Da gibt es bessere Lösungen. Ohne Kinder und wenn man rüstig ist ist nd gut zu Fuß ist es herrlich da oben!

Thank you for your nice review. I'm glad you liked the apartment and the view. I think it's only the Hotels and the beaches that have lifeguards.

Great stay
I Can only recommend Yvonne’s apartment. Location is great and the view is stunning. It is the top apartment so no one is looking down at you. A car is recommended. Only reason for 4 stars is the fact that the rooftops were being cleaned during our stay and there was quite a bit of noise.

Heerlijke plek vlakbij Nerja met fantastisch balkon en uitzicht
Een heel ruim appartement, met alles wat je nodig hebt en vooral een geweldig uitzicht. Wij houden van wandelen dus liepen steeds vanaf deze plek in 40-45 minuten naar het centrum van Nerja. Je kan bij een groot hotel vlakbij naar beneden en via een kustpad helemaal naar Nerja lopen. Frigiliana heeft ook hele toffe wandelroutes. Vlakbij het appartement zijn ook wat leuke kleine strandjes. Goed om te weten: om het het appartement te komen moet flink wat trappen op (voor ons geen enkel probleem). We hebben genoten en hopen zeker terug te komen! Paar kleine tips, we kwamen er op 1 mei en dan zijn de winkels dicht. En er was bijna geen wc papier. Klein voorraadje had fijn geweest. En verder een handdoekje voor in de keuken en handdoek voor op de grond in de badkamer. Want de vloer is als hij nat is erg glad. Tot slot is ons niet helemaal duidelijk geworden waar het gemeenschappelijke zwembad was, maar we hadden er geen behoefte aan dus we hebben het ook niet gemist :)

Thank you for your nice review and your feedback. There should absolutely be a kitchen towel and more toiletpaper to start with. I will tell my agent to take care of that more carefully. The pool is on the left when you go down the road. You should find some stairs down to the pool there. Maybe next time:) I´m glad you enjoed your stay.

Mooi huis, slecht weer
Het was een fantastisch appartement met bijzonder uitzicht. Helaas slecht weer, maar ook dan een fijn appartement. We komen graag nog eens terug met beter weer.
