Penthouse Villa Oasis de Capistrano Nerja - 5 minutes drive to the beach or short walk on a path at the aqueduct down to Burriana beach.
"The Penthouse" in the beautiful tropical gardens of Capistrano Oasis, which has 2 pools, + a children's pool and a restaurant on. Four sleep well in two separate bedrooms with newly installed and low noice (summer 2017) Air-conditioning. Here is the sun all day and a completely private large terrace, one of the few that is 100% insensitive. Panoramic sea, mountain and countryside views. The penthouse has beautifully decorated rooms and fully equipped kitchens. The terrace has plenty of garden furniture, sun loungers and tropical plants and flowers. Burriana beach is 5 minutes away by car or walk past the old aqueduct, and the surrounding countryside down to Burriana beach in 15 minutes. There are two supermarkets within walking distance.

Gorgeous apartment in a reallynice development. Great location. Really enjoyed the outside space on the veranda. Pool in the complex was lovely and clean in a nice green garden. Handy for the beach.

My family as I stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment for 10 days in July. It is really well appointed, and the hosts have thought of everything that might be required. Even a cool box and beach chairs to take to the beach.
The place was spotlessly clean and we really enjoyed the terrace and views it had to offer.
Communication with Micheal the host was excellent and we were sorry to leave, but will certainly be back.

An absolutely amazing holiday and apartment. Stunning location with the most incredible views. The apartment was so well equipped with everything you needed and more. The location was great, we had a car but also caught the bus. We used the smaller pool which was very close to walk to. Would highly recommend!
Great location and superb views. The terrace was amazing and the house just the right size for our family of three. They did have an ant problem in the apartment, but we enjoyed our stay.

From we walked in the outside door leading firstly to the terrace we were impressed. Two quality sun loungers, two bar stools and table and a dining table and four chairs. The views on each side of the terrace were amazing, both sea and mountains. When we walked into the apartment we were doubly impressed. Everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The little welcome touches of milk, beer etc were most appreciated. The bedding was quality and the beds extremely comfortable. Two comfortable sofas for lounging when we didn’t explore the town. The views from the lounge were incredible both night and day. I couldn’t recommend this enough although maybe not too much as we want to go back and hope it is available. During our 14 day stay the only drawback was the internet stoped working but none of us are technically minded so we were unable to fix it. Highly Recommended

Property needed a good clean and very Nice out of "working hours", BUILDING SITE NOISE (Kango man)
Would have given no stars. On our arrival we were told by our cleaner who owned the property directly under the property (number 20) that he was about to undertake repair work that had been planned for some time! .We awoke on our first Hell morning at 8am to a Kango /hammer drill that was being used to take up the tiled patio directly outside the large unglazed widow. We could not get a straight answer as to how long this was going to go on for, it lasted a couple of days to be replaced by hammering/tile cutting/angle grinding etc until the last day of our holiday. We had intended to just chill in the property for the week which was impossible, resulting in us going out between 8am-4pm all week. The owners must have been aware this work was to happen and should never have rented the property to us. The only response we had from the owners was "apologies" and that "it was allowed/agreed in the area that any work can be carried out between beginning of November until June".We will never go on holiday out of season in this area.Its a vital consideration that unless one likes either the distant hum of kangos or the risk of a Kango being used as though its in the same room as yourselves or you are deaf and suffer from tremors. We will never rent a property again that is in such a complex as numerous properties (all attached) leads to a lot of other potential noise disturbance. Several other terraces(luckily with quite neighbours) were overlooked by ourselves but one could hear every word from the kitchen lounge as no double glazing exists on the front of the property. Being at the top of the complex (penthouse) as an asthmatic the air quality from a couple of chimneys and bonfires were a further annoyance (smoke rises!). We had no wind and the weather was nice, i walked around in shorts and t shirt, whilst the locals where in body warmers!
Luckily a lot of other chimneys were inactive,( really glad the weather was not cold!).
Was intending to swim in the sea but was but off by other Brits who had seen various sitings! Really good supermarket down the road , good bus service. Good opportunity at this time of year to witness interesting spanish building techniques all over the area.
I am sure Kango man was following us around at times.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet,Staubsauger,Micro,Wasch Spülmaschine. Die Aussicht ist genial. Die Terrasse ist schön groß. Selbst ein Weber Grill ist vorhanden. Ein Nachteil ist evtl. die Treppe zum Appartement,dasollt man gut zu Fuss sein. Der andere ist die Nutzung des Pools,es gibt zwar ein Pool Pass aber wie dass mit dem funktioniert? ist etwas unklar. So wie es aussieht braucht man da auch einen Code den wir nicht hatten. Und man denkt auch dass der Pool sehr nah ist,ist er nicht.Wir waren immer am Meer. Wir können die Wohnung mit dem sehr netten,zuvorkommenden Vermieter( Danke für den Sekt) und andere kleine nette Annehmlichkeiten sehr gut weiterempfehlen.Daniela und Jürgen Wir sind dann an
Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Michael. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Terrasse mit dem Rundumblick fantastisch. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühl und würden wieder kommen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen, somit haben wir für den Strand kein Auto gebraucht. Ebenso bis zur Altstadt konnte man zu Fuß in 20 bis 30 Minuten erreichen.
Havde et godt ophold. Lejligheden er dejlig. Men kunne godt ønske der var en bedre parasol, eller anden mulighed for at komme i skygge på terrassen, så det var til at spise på terrassen.Beliggenheden er god, men der er lidt gåafstand til strand og by.

Wir haben 3 wunderbare Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Michael verbracht. Die Wohnung ist extrem gut eingerichtet, der Ausblick toll, Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Michael absolut nett und problemlos. Ein Parkplatz ist immer zu finden, aber auch ohne PKW ist die Gegend empfehlenswert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fussnähe. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen wieder…
Im Appartement war alles notwendig vorhanden. Der Weg zum Strand ist weit, vor allem wenn man seine Liegen, Schirme etc. selbst tragen muß. Wenn sie mit dem Auto kommen, müssen sie sehr früh dran sein denn Parkplätze in Strandnäche sind rar. Vom Appartment aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Einziger Minuspunkt hinter der Anlage ist eine stark befahrene Durchzugsstraße.
