Located in the prestigious Miami Building, in the sought-after Parador Area, this apartment is the ideal retreat for those who want to wake up to the Mediterranean on the horizon. The Property: The apartment has been recently upgraded to enhance the comfort of its guests. It has two bedrooms: the master bedroom, equipped with two 90 cm single beds pushed together to enjoy the sea views from the bed, and a second bedroom with a 150 cm bed. It has a modern bathroom with a rain shower and a bright living room that connects to the outside.



Indoor and outdoor living: The jewel of the house is its private balcony, now protected with glass panels and new awnings, allowing you to enjoy the space at any time of day.
