In the centre of town with everything at your finger tips bars,restaurants,shopping and Burriana beach is only 10 minutes away.This new very spacious luxury townhouse is of a very high standard and equipped with the most modern technology that has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,2 living areas with an open plan kitchen and a very large roof top fitted with a six seater jacuzzi,bbq with outdoor kitchen area equipped for up to 8 guests.
3 of the bedrooms are large doubles On the second floor and an additional pull out sofa bed can be made up for an extra 2 kids on the ground floor in 1 of living areas.
There is air conditioning throughout the entire house and in the winter months there is hot air and a stove log fire.
There is 2 satellite T.Vs in each leaving area English and European channels and Netflix available,Free WiFi throughout the entire house.

Wow! What an amazing house in an amazing spot in an amazing resort. We were blown away by the house, everything had been thought of to make you relax and enjoy your time. Liz was extremely helpful with tips on transfers and also accommodating us with an earlier check in.Julieta who met us at the house with the keys and showed us around was also very helpful and replied quickly to any contact we had with her. A Fantastic House

What a beautiful house! We’ve been to Nerja many times but never stayed in the centre of town. This house is in a great location and has absolutely everything you need for a wonderful stay. Exceeded expectations

Liz’s property is simply wonderful. Certainly a case where the pictures don’t do it justice. It was our first trip to Nerja so we were a bit u certain of the property location etc. well suffice it to say everything exceeded our expectations. Liz is a wonderful host who is attentive and great through out our visit and Juliette was a pleasure to deal with on check in. The bar has been set very high should we look to come back to Nerja.

Modern, Clean, Well Appointed, and LOCATION!

This property is better in-person than it appears online (if that's possible). It is close to the hubbub of the Nerja shopping and dining area, but still residential and quiet. It is a quick walk to several of the nearby beaches, which are astoundingly beautiful, and an even shorter walk to all of the town's amenities. The apartment itself provides wonderful common areas, including the rooftop, as well as a kitchen with all the needs for anyone who decides to cook. The rooftop also has a fridge and bar area with plenty of coverage to get out of the sun. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

A beautifully clean and well-equipped home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully clean and well-equipped home. We were met by Julietta, who was flexible with last-minute changes to our arrival time. She showed us around the house, and it's a bit of a cliche, but the photos here don't do the property justice! Everything is spotlessly clean and high quality. The highlight for us was the spacious roof terrace. The sunbeds and gabeboo have both been upgraded from what you see in the photos, and the jacuzzi was perfect for cooling off when things got too hot. The neighbourhood is very quiet, despite being so close to the town centre, with only the sound of the swifts flying above. We've stayed in Nerja many times, but this property was a real step-up in comparison to the others. The quality, the tranquillity and the proximity to the main streets mean we'd have no hesitation in returning!

Perfect location; lovely house

Four adults and two teens spent a wonderful week here, without a car. The location is absolutely perfect because it is an easy walk to almost everything - beaches, groceries, restaurants, take-out places, and gelato - yet it is away from streets that are busy with ambling tourists, shopping stalls, and eating establishments. There is no regular car traffic on Calle Parras, although your driver can take you to the door. We took advantage of all of the house’s amenities including the roof patio, the charcoal grill, the jacuzzi, the kitchen, the TV, the dishwasher and clothes washer, and the breakfast patio. The place is modern, sparkling clean, roomy, comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Communication is excellent. You do need to be comfortable with going up and down steps since there are multiple floors.

House was stunning, beds very comfortable and the hot tub is great. Very central for centre of Nerja but just far enough away to be peaceful. You can find free off street parking but we found the very large open car park much easier at 45 per week.Liz was very helpful and had a fast response to any questions we had. We would highly recommend Liz’s house, we had a great 2 weeks over Xmas and new year.

Perfect location in the centre of the old town, 10min walk to everything. The home was spacious and beautifully designed, as an extended family staying together for 2 weeks we had ample space to connect and separate all under one roof. The house doesn’t let you down, everything and more as described. Great location minutes from the bars, restaurants and beaches. Property very clean and well maintained, Julieta the house manger gave us a warm welcome and was on hand if we had any issues. There where 6 adults in our party and the house is a good size you never felt cramped. Would stay again in the future.

Beautiful modern town house in old town Nerja

Central modern town house with fantastic roof terrace including a hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Everything is well thought out and includes extras like beach towels, coffee pods etc. Parking is not an issue as it is a short walk to car park.
