In the district of Capistrano, 2.0 km from the centre, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 1.3 km from the sea, 1.3 km from the beach. For shared use: beautiful garden, natural garden, swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 100 - 175 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-20:00). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower. In the house: sun terrace, air conditioning. Supermarket 639 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Burriana" 1.3 km. Nearby attractions: Cuevas de Nerja 1.8 km, Playa Burriana 1.3 km, Frigiliana 3.7 km, Almuñecar 14.1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
