Las Flores de Burriana 5 is a spacious terraced house, ideal for family holidays for up to six people. The property stands out for its direct access to the swimming pool from the lower terrace and its views of the trees and the sea. Burriana Beach, restaurants, a small park, a Mercadona supermarket and the centre of Nerja are all easily reachable on foot or by car. Free parking is usually available just across the street.



The Property: On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a guest toilet and a living-dining room opening onto the terrace. The middle floor houses the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a private balcony, alongside a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the lower level is a spacious third bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom fitted with a large bathtub.



The entire house features air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi and a TV with international channels. All bedrooms offer views of the swimming pool.



The outdoor area is divided into two main spaces: the entrance roof terrace with a barbecue, an outdoor dining table and parking, and the lower terrace with direct access to the communal swimming pool with sun loungers.

• The property has several floors connected by internal staircases.

• The walk back from Burriana Beach includes an uphill section.



Pool information: The pool is open from 30 March to 1 November. Guests are kindly requested to respect the community quiet hours from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 00:00 to 08:00.
