The property is in an excellent location which is its strength. Unfortunately I found the apartment to be poorly furnished with old and tired furniture fixtures and fittings. The bathroom was extremely poor in all respects. A very cluttered utility area which made accessing the equipment almost impossible. This property requires significant upgrading for the price being charged.
