  • This very luxurious and beautifully furnished apartment is located directly on the pleasant Burriana beach in Nerja.

    The view is spectacular, and the apartment is in new condition.

    You have a beautiful view of the sea and the beach.

    The lively center of Nerja is a 10-minute walk away. There you will find many restaurants, shops and tapas bars.



    This nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is ideal for a wonderful beach holiday in Nerja on the Costa del Sol. Nerja is centrally located to the many attractions of Andalusia in southern Spain with Golf clubs, culture and water sports.

Sitting area with sofa, TV with international channels, sports and film, fiber optic internet, air conditioning and a dining area for 4 people. Sliding doors to the spacious terrace with beautiful views over Playa Burriana and the Mediterranean Sea. On occasion, you can see schools of dolphins passing by.



    Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, 4-burner electric hob, combination microwave, coffee makers, kettle, washing machine and iron and board.



    Master bedroom with double bed (box-spring), air conditioning and ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes. En suit bathroom with good shower, toilet and sink.
