1210 Villa los Olivos

This large 3 bedroom villa in Nerja has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests. 

It is a spacious villa with a lovely private pool, set in a semi-rural location, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. Inside the property, there is air conditioning in the living room. Outside, there is a pleasant garden area with sun beds and a barbecue and beautiful panoramic views from the villa of the Sierra de Almijara mountains.

The property has two bathrooms, one of them en suite.

The villa is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood and is a very popular choice for families with young children.

A car is definitely recommended for visitors to the villa for getting around but is not essential.

All prices include water, linen, towels, electricity, and final cleaning. ** The property is also available to rent at special discounted rates during the low season. A minimum stay of 28 nights is required to qualify for the discounted prices and these exclude electricity charges.**

Family holiday in Nerja

We had a great stay in Villa. The pre contact from property managers was really good in preparation for our arrival. Spacious villa with great outdoor area and pool was excellent. It’s a bit out of town so recommendable to hire a car. Property managers available throughout stay via a what’sup group they had set up, great idea and allowed for any queries to be answered quickly.

Great holidays

First of all, we appreciated the contact and follow-up with Spainsunrentals. Thank you for that. The house is spacious enough for 6 people, the outside part has several terraces and a part with grass. The pool has a good size. The bed and furniture in the bedroom at the back of the house. Some utensils are missing in the kitchen and the refrigerator is a bit small for 6 people.

ESTUPENDO PARA DESCONECTAR

Tranquilidad y piscina. Se necesita coche para ir al centro de Nerja ya que está a las afueras, de ahí la tranquilidad, pero solo está a 3 -5 minutos. Aconsejo llevar antimosquitos. Fácil aparcamiento en la casa.
