Had a great stay at Club Quarters. It's no wonderful to have a pet friendly hotel in the heart of Downtown. The best location, so close to South Station and Faneuil Hall. Special thanks to all the front desk staff, and shoutout to Jumberto (?) for being so kind, and giving my dog, Ferguson, a squeaky plush toy. Would definitely stay here for the location and value and, of course, if I was bringing my dog Ferguson again.

Staff was helpful! Hotel was close to everything! They worked really well with early check in and late check out! Hotel clean.

This is a very clean, slick, well-meaning hotel, but our stay had many drawbacks and we will not be going back. First, when we were upgraded to a higher floor, the reception person made a big deal that we should be far away from the elevator. It didn't happen. We heard the elevator ring loud and clear! Then in the morning, all of a sudden our lights went out. When I called downstairs, I was told that sometimes the sensor goes off. My husband had to go outside in his bathrobe and use the room key to enter again to get the lights back on! The icing on the cake was when we left our room at 10:00 a.m. and didn't return to 8:00 p.m. only to find out the room wasn't serviced! Lastly, unless you are a fan of Indian inspired food, you are stuck. Their restaurant, Ama, uses Indian spices in everything - including breakfast. There are no other real restaurants in the vicinity.

This was a very clean and well-looked after property, and the staff went out of their way to check everything was in order.
