"3 Sterne Hotel, authentisch, wie in der Beschreibung. Zimmer modern, ich konnte keinen Unterschied zum Zimmer eines 4 Sterne Hotel erkennen. Zimmer war sehr sauber, Matratzen etwas härter, für uns top. Zu den Mahlzeiten waren wir sehr pünktlich, und hatten auch eine ausreichende Auswahl. Für jeden war etwas dabei, auch mein Mann als Veganer war zufrieden. Den Spar Bereich haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. "Went to Blue first, and an endless line for checking with no extra help. Two middle-aged ladies at the desk did the best considering. Then a surprise that I had to go to Green building instead. Wasted almost a half an hour only to go to a different place. At Green building, what a difference, at the desk Dominik was great quick and very efficient. David was fantastic as well when I extended my stay."

"Superb hotel with excellent facilities. Staff were excellent and very helpful. We were given a room over the river which wasn’t in the main hotel, which was slightly disappointing. The room itself was well equipped but the flush on the toilet was faulty and the shower luke warm. We treated ourselves to the tasting menu in the Grand Restaurant one night which was excellent. A drink in Beechers Bar and a swim in the pool is also recommended."

"Generally the hotel is really stylish and is in a nice setting with good underground parking (although this is quite a bit extra). The breakfasts are sufficient and well presented. The pool and spa are nice and clean and what you would expect from a hotel of this cost. It's a 10mins walk in to the town (downhill going, but uphill coming back 😧). Overall, it's is a decent 5star hotel with service and amenities you would expect for what you are paying."

"Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped in making sure I found the car park, after I had missed the entrance sign. Having been told the restaurant closed at 8pm, but not that the kitchen stopped at 7, they made me up a meal around 7.15 Very large room, clean and comfortable. Even though I was next to the lift, there was no noise from this. Right in the centre of town"
