"Very beautiful rooms. Spacious. The only thing I would say negative is that I wish they would let you know when you reserve this hotel that there are different location properties. We were a big group and were scattered all around and the walk from the main lobby was a 10 minute walk not ideal."

Staff was very helpful with directions to various locations as well as great suggestions for dining. We had a very short stay at the River Palace but we intend to return there for a longer stay."

"We had an incredible stay and the Raphaël. When we come back to Rome, this will be the hotel we stay at! The bed was so comfortable, and the room was very clean. It even came with a Dyson blowdryer and a Dyson straightener. The location couldn’t be better either. Just the best!"
