Entrance; living room, cable TV, lounge with sofa bed for 2 people and dining area; separate kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher; 1 bedroom with 1 box-spring bed for 2 people, 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC and sink. South and north balcony. Parking in front of the building, subject to availability.
In the building: heated swimming pool (17x8m) available free of charge. Free ski bus stop 400m away. Cable car 800m away.

Roof work will be carried out from April 20 until October 2026, with a break from July 27 to August 17. These works are likely to cause nuisances such as noise, dust, and a possible obstruction of the view from the apartment (scaffolding).
