This cosy apartment has been tastefully renovated, using beautiful materials and quality furnishings.
It is ideally located in the centre of the Haute-Nendaz resort, within easy reach of shops, restaurants and ski lifts. The apartment also benefits from a large sunny terrace facing south and west. It's the ideal place to stay in the mountains without having to use your car!
3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath/shower and WC, as well as a guest WC.

1 Reserved covered parking space (possibility of parking a car with roof box or van) and free parking spaces in front of the building.
Lift in the building. Private ski room.
The apartment is located opposite the ice rink, playground, children's nursery and is very close to the sledge run. Walks with pushchairs possible from the apartment. The ski lifts are just a few steps from the apartment, with easy access via a funicular (free of charge).

We directly felt at home in this apartment which has a great decoration and is ideally located in Haute Nendaz. Close to everything by foot (restaurants, shops, ski lift…).
Le logement, entièrement remis à neuf est tres fonctionel design et confortable. Sa situation unique en plein centre de Nendaz offre un accès aisée au funiculaire et aux commerces. Il dispose d'un parking privé et couvert. Un très bon emplacement.
Le seul petit souci provient de l'insonorisation intéerieure si les voisins sont bruyants...

Emplacement idéal
L’emplacement est idéal.
Malheureusement il n’y a qu’une seule salle de bain dans le logement. Pour 6 personnes c’est un peu juste.
