Abritel nous rembourse en disant que l'hôte avait eu les informations de réservation.. en attendant nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue avec un bébé de 9 mois à -2 degrés dans la voiture."

"The hotel rooms were clean and tidy but the showers need new sealant as there were mould spots. The outside area let it down massively. The pool area was a mess, broken tiles pool liner coming away, steps broken and paintwork peeling. The gardens were extremely messy, leaves everywhere covering chairs pathways poolside area. Grass needed cutting, just looked derelict. Shame because if this was tidied up it would be a really lovely, peaceful place to relax."
