Nothing on Hotel.com prepares you for the fact that you need to book in to another hotel's reception nor that when you try to do so the receptionist will deny knowing anything about the procedure. Nor will you know that, when you phone the hotel, they will sigh in exasperation that you cannot speak German and that they will be pretty rude to you. "Cozy, small hotel. Me and my husband stayed for a weekend to attend a dog show with our dog. No problem to stay with a large dog, and the staff was very friendly. There is a 15 euro fee per night per dog, and they dont take debit card only credit or cash. The price is very cheap, and we are happy with the quality compared to price and will book again in the future. The room was not cleaned in the 3 nights we stayed there, and we ran out of toilet paper and clean towels and had to ask for...

"For the place it's nice hotel. It has some flaws but overall I'd go there again. Hotel is nicely designed but the rooms could be better equipped. We had full board, the buffet breakfast could be better, but I understand they can't put tons of food for total aprox 10 people accommodated in the hotel during our stay. The lunch and dinner was excellent. "
