"It’s a maintained older house in a neighborhood. Very clean with niceties like fresh toothbrushes and paste, a washer dryer. A few KPods and teas. Spacious with older back deck. There were 6 of us and we spread out comfortably. We very much enjoyed our stay. Visited many of the downtown shops and places to eat and the museum. Ran out of time to do all we wanted to do so will be back to town again!"

"The Prairie Rose cottage was absolutely PERFECT for our girl's weekend in Pawhuska! It is such a charming home & decorated so beautifully! The beds were very comfortable & we really had everything we needed at the house. We ended up not walking down to the Mercantile, but still appreciated the close location. We enjoyed Pawhuska so much. The people are incredibly friendly & welcoming. I can say we will definitely visit again and will pick dates that allow us to stay at this home again next time. "Foyer was beautiful, floors were beautifully shined! Our room was large, comfortable, clean and looked just like the pictures. It seemed as tho there was some staff available during tornado warning where directed to the basement and at the continental breakfast altho without identification. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Phillips!"
