We didn’t get clean towels every day either which wasn’t ideal and the towels are rather small. I did also have to ask for more clothes hangers as we were only given 3, but the hangers arrived within 2 hours of me asking. Everything else was great though, nice balcony and also the shower is great. I’d stay here again. Beware though, it’s about a 20-25 min walk into the centre of Gniezno."

"Breakfast was great, staff were nice. Location was 5 min walk from the historic plaza. You should take tram from the station because walking is not pleasant because of the road construction everywhere. We requested a higher floor and bathtub, and both were fulfilled, which made our stay in Poznan so wonderful. Thank you very much!!!"
