"We got a reservation at this property, however no one got back to us with instruction on how to enter the apartment. We got there at exactly 4pm and no one was there to open the door or to handle us a key! Very disappointed. We had to look for a new hotel in a city we do not know. "

"A wonderful, cosy, thoughtfully designed and aesthetically pleasing flat. All the required amenities are available and on display elegantly and tastefully. The location is quiet, but central, well connected and walkable. Ivaylo, the host, was polite, helpful and pro-active. This all made my stay an absolute pleasure and will be looking to stay again on my next returns to Sofia. Highly recommend!"
