"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific! Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season. The town (and many others in the area such as Porto Do Son) need to figure year-round activities to encourage ongoing tourism. "Amazing location set in a small cove surrounded by amazing rock formations The host couple are lovely so welcoming and a great breakfast on the balcony looking out to sea. Will definatly come back "

"This hotel used to be a mill and is beautifully done up. It situated along a river and has beautiful grounds where you can rest or walk along the river to come to a swimming place. Staff are very helpful and also run a restaurant."

"A very original place to stay- be aware it is a little out of the way abd not a typical hotel- but you have access to a kitchen to make your dinner/lunch. The breakfast provided was wonderful!!! "

"The building is rustic, well maintained but it is isolated in a remote area, way off the trail. There is nothing to do in the area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.Would be good for someone looking for a peaceful week end, would not recommend it if you are walking the Camino."
