"New hotel .All was fine, except that the parking entry bars where defective. Helpfull team. Perfect to go by light rail to Brussels. The Dirgem station is 3 min walking away."

"The hotel overall was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful in helping us navigate the city. The bath tub required a really big step up to get inside and the bathroom steamed up very quickly. It was soaking wet after a shower."

"Overall, the hotel is decent. The main issue is that it’s quite a long walk to the nearest railway station. Also, many trains that pass through this station don’t actually stop there. In my case, the train that was supposed to run once an hour simply didn’t show up. The facilities are generally in line with a three-star hotel, but the shower had very low water pressure, and the water was barely warm. The key card for the door kept not working, so I constantly had to go to the staff to have it replaced. This wasn’t just my issue — other guests experienced the same problem."

"Everything was great. Early flight in from Africa and being able to check in in the morning was an awesome bonus."
