"Positives: Lobby was immaculate, the desk staff was very friendly overly accommodating as well as the people who handled the breakfast. 👌 Negative: this place needs a whole lot of fixture updates room doors, faucets, exhaust fans ect."

Maybe she meant she went to reset It in a utility room..?? Well we went up..still not working .husband called desk . She said she had come to our room and reset it and it was fine. Who gave her permission to enter our room?????? she said she's giving us a new room..She did not mention giving us a discount ..I feel like we were owed something ..at least a damn bottle of water!! "Everything was perfect! Every detail was well thought out. Bryce was very helpful and responsive. The cabin was so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed Doniphan and paddling the Current River. But quiet times close to home were just as good! We'll definitely be back. "

"The staff were so accomodating and caring when my son slipped and fell. The guy at the front desk provided all the first aid supplies we needed. I plan on staying there again of we pass through."
