"Appearance pulling in was great, and walking into the hotel gave the impression that it had been newly renovated. The associate who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The downside to our stay was that the restroom door in our room would not stay closed, linens were limited, and the pillows were poor quality — very flat with little to no support."

My room this time did have a strong mildew odor, but the room looked clean, had great water pressure, and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. You can’t beat the proximity to the Pearland Town Center. Looking forward to more future stays."

"My mother, sister and I rented a lake view room with a king size bed and pull out sofa couch and everything was very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!!! Will definitely be recommending the Hyatt Houston in Sugarland."
