The spacious kitchen is fully equipped - from an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge to a toaster, kettle, blender, egg cooker, raclette oven and a variety of coffee making facilities. You can enjoy your meals or a glass of wine at the slate table in the light-flooded conservatory with a view of the greenery. On the top floor you will find a comfortable couch, cable TV, Blu-ray DVD and surround sound system as well as a library of books, DVDs, board and parlour games and a table football table.

    Access to the flat is via an external staircase leading to a separate entrance. A large forecourt provides ample parking for cars and motorbikes, while bicycles can be parked under the stairs or behind the house. Both two-legged and four-legged friends can relax in the unfenced garden.
