"This place is a complete disaster. The confirmation email listed a different address than the actual location, and the phone number provided was also incorrect. After a long and frustrating effort to finally track down the real address, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, as if it were my fault for not being able to find the place. It genuinely feels as though they do not want people to visit."

"As a big chain hotel, we generally knew it was going to be a good familiar choice. We loved the surroundings and found the Bikini ART Museum attached to the hotel to fun addition. "Our room at the castle was very nice and the spa facilities were excellent. We were disappointed that the guest of a 5 star hotel did not have access to the main restaurant Le Cerf (fully booked) and recommended the other restaurant Waldschanke which was was much, much below the 5star quality. The dining experience ruined our stay there. They should flag Le Cerf restaurant booking when accepting room reservations. "
