Plan on pulling into your home away from home at Bayside Priorities on beautiful Castle Rock Lake flowage. This 2022 custom-built home has lake frontage and comes with its own boat slip with full access to over14,000 acres of water fun.
The main gathering areas all contain great views of the bay leading out to the Wisconsin River leading into the main lake. This home was designed for relaxation, comfort, and fun with family and friends. The outdoor room contains the bar, grill, and additional space for gathering with roll-up glass garage doors to the outdoor patios and campfire patio area.
Total indoor square footage is 4,248 made up of 1,964 on the main floor, 1,684 on the lower level, and 600 sq ft in the outdoor room (garage bar).

Everything was great! Host would immediately respond to inquiries. House was very clean, & well-stocked. Comfortable beds. Amazing outdoor space. We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house! Property and home are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The home offers lots of space for a large family to enjoy. Separate spaces for everyone to enjoy-games for the kids, bar/grilling area, private dock near the house if you bring your boat. Bedrooms are cozy and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes making it easy to make meals during your stay. Owner is extremely responsive to questions and very helpful! We forgot our stroller and Tom arranged for it to be shipped to a local business for us which was so accommodating! Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful winter getaway

The property worked great for our two families. Plenty of different areas for folks to hang out and play. Kids had a great time playing in the snow. Loved having the multi-season area for them to enter in and out of the house. Check in and communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Family Birthday Celebration

We had the most amazing time renting this beautiful property! We had so much space and spent the majority of our time in the party garage. So nice that while we grilled meals everyone was together watching golf, playing games and being together. This house was well stocked with everything you need for your get away. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. Definitely will rent again!

Beautiful Home

Our family of 13 had a wonderful week long stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean, with more than enough room for us to have our own space. The host was very quick to respond. Absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful home. Well stocked with dishes and utensils for all 11 of us. Plenty of pots and pans as well. Lots of open space to hangout and talk.

Clean, comfortable, and beautiful!

Our group of 12 had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our week on the lake. The bonus garage party room was a wonderful gathering spot. Tom was easy to communicate with and always had prompt responses. We had an easy drive to 2 fun beach spots-at the nearby State and County parks. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We were a family of 14 ranging from age 1 to age 66. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The house was spotless, well stocked with kitchen items and consumables, and the photos were as close to reality as I have ever seen. We loved the outdoor room, especially at night when the mosquitos were out. We also loved the bedrooms having large closets and outlets near the beds - just made traveling with kids a bit easier. Boat dock was very close and we enjoyed fishing off the pier. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was exactly as listed. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and to have alone time if needed too. The bonus room outdoors was so great to have as you felt like you are outside but were still protected by the bugs. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and keep leftovers which was appreciated. We would love to come back again!

Best Lake House on Castle Rock Lake

The property was exactly as described and was perfect for our 65+ age group of friend's annual reunion. The house was very clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed all of the attention to detail that is evident throughout the entire house. We have stayed in the area for the last 18 years and this property was the best one by far. We all agreed that we have found the perfect fit for us and will definitely be back next year for sure.

Family lake vacation

Our family of 12, toddlers to grandparents, enjoyed our stay at this lake home. There was plenty of room for the kids to play. We also really appreciated the garage/patio room. The house matched the description given. We knew ahead of time that there would not be a beach area on-site but it was a little further away than we had thought. All in all it was a good place to spend time together.

Labor Weekend Getaway

We always go somewhere in Wisconsin for Labor and Memorial Day Weekend getaway. This was our first time at Castle Rock Lake and we had a great time. Since the house is newly constructed, everything was in working order. Tom was kind enough to give us an early check in but in the end wasn’t able to take advantage of it but nonetheless, all is good! We spent a day at Buckhorn State Park, another day at Necedah National Wildlife Refuge and Juneau County Castle Rock Lake Park which were all within driving distance. Hoping to come back to the area again! Thank you Tom for a grand stay!

Great Extended Family Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely home from 7/28/24 to 8/3/24. Our group consisted of my husband and myself, our grown children and spouses, and our grandchildren. It worked so well for us, that we have already booked again for next year! Some of the many positives are that it was extremely clean and well supplied with towels and linens. Very nice washer and dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus having two refrigerators and an ice machine was great! Since our family is large, this house was perfect in providing several different comfortable areas to hang out, play games, do puzzles, etc. We enjoyed the lake and rented a pontoon for a fun boating day. The surrounding roads were quiet with traffic, so it was safe and pleasant to take walks and bike ride. My one suggestion to the owners would be to purchase an improved mattress for the double bed in bedroom #3 downstairs. It currently has what I would call a futon mattress, which did not work well for two adults sleeping in it. We are looking forward to coming back to this lovely home and lake again next year!
