"Loved the location and the hotel was very cool. I wouldn't make too much of the room views since they're still mostly parking lot. Location was key: We hiked Saddle Rock trail in the nearby bluffs immediately after unpacking and got back after dusk. Only complaint was lack of outlets in the room itself."

The check-in process was great and the person who checked us in was so nice and accommodating! When checking out an employee named Isaiah was outstanding! he not only checked me out but also prepared a delicious breakfast for all the clients, was extremely friendly and is a true asset to Best Western and their customers! "We booked this room before realizing that breakfast was not offered on site. Nevertheless it was quiet, clean, comfortable and cheaper than other hotels in the area. We also had a huge breakfast at a quaint little diner on the property. A win win for us!"

"The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was controlled by a thermostat on the wall. The bathroom has a walk- in shower that is comfortably sized."
