Reception was very friendly and welcoming. Not many amenities within the domaine, and the area's largest attraction, les sBains de Couloubret (the thermal water spa) was closed without warning to travelers, *very disappointing*

OK but out of season

The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part ...
