Shuttle service: The shuttle incurs an extra fee €5 per person, or €25 between 10:30 AM until 5:30 PM and 10:30PM until early in the morning) and must be booked in advance due to limited capacity. Additionally, the drivers were quite aggressive on the road. Location/Transit: If you are sightseeing in Milan, you have to take the hotel shuttle ( every 30 Min) back to the airport first to catch the train into the city. From the Hotel to Milan is about an hour if you luck and get the shuttle and train on time."
