"Unfortunately the rooftop hot tub was unavailable due to damage caused by recent hurricane. Not the hotels fault and they are working to repair the damage but would have been nice to know since this was a factor in booking this property. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a shared kitchen available and the provided breakfast was excellent! Location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Can’t be beat. "

"Close to the center of the village of Famalicão. Only minutes to the beach and São Martinho to the south and Nazaré to the north. Terrific communication from the property owner. We’re building in Famalicão and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. "

"The hotel room was clean but older. Bed mattress also older and slightly uncomfortable. Breakfast was good but I was charged extra when I asked for two fried eggs. Hotel indicated it had free parking but you must find your own parking nearby on a side street. It is not provided by the hotel. "
