Check in was a nightmare. Never heard from them, I reached out at 4pm check in time via WhatsApp. Given map coordinates (like a spy mission) but didn’t say which side of the street the building was on. The street was full of buildings. I asked which one? Sent me a video with a city bus going by a building. Saw nothing but the bus. I was given the lockbox code but no clue where the lockbox was. Long time to get answer to every question. Finally she says the lockbox is inside a mailbox. The key to the front door didn’t work. People leaving let us in. Got in apartment no shades or curtains on the windows. Return message asks which windows. Sent pictures showing all of them. There had been a fire in the oven and it was not reported. Return message she says, yes, I forgot to tell you, it’s broken. My wife went down to see if she could try again to get the key to work from outside. She couldn’t open it and called me. I couldn’t get the door open from the inside. This is a life threatening safety hazard, not being able to get out a building. At that point I decided we couldn’t stay there. Too dangerous, to screwed up. I told them we were leaving and message back was no refunds. We got home from Spain and found they charged an additional $111. 00 for some reason. I’m not done with these crooks yet.
