In the beautiful South Tyrol/Alto Adige the comfortable apartment "Klementhof Nr 8" welcomes you on the outskirts of Natz-Schabs/Naz-Sciaves. The 60m² large and modern equipped vacation apartment consists of a living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, as well as a baby crib and a high chair.

From the apartment's furnished balcony, you can enjoy views of the surrounding mountains. In the shared outdoor area, a covered swimming pool and a large garden with seating, sunbathing lawn, table tennis table and trampoline are also waiting for you. Here you can barbecue together or relax with a good book while the children splash and play.

In addition to numerous hiking areas, the Plose-Brixen ski area is not far away and can be reached in 30 minutes (20km) by car. There are also 5 restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, which can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is only 228m away.
