"To begin with, I arrived at the place; the door was closed, and I did not have the combination code for the building and do. ot the assigned room, never contacted by anyone. I was strolling in the street until a good Maltese Samaritan helped me contact the management using his phone; by the time I went to my room was 11:30 PM. The room service comes every day; they never changed the sheets or replaced the towels."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and overall I had a great experience. I wasn’t particularly impressed with the food at the rooftop bar and service was very slow, but Seed Restaurant was excellent and definitely made up for it. The food and service there were really good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to visit again."
