It consists of two floors, the second level of which has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a pergola shaded veranda with sea view, complete with a seating area.
The ground floor consists of a living room area, a guest toilet and a kitchen. Outdoor dining area under a pergola or shade-giving tree.
