MIchalis was very helpful and made excellent suggestions of restaurants and places to visit . An excellent host. Superb pool , beautiful garden and fabulous breakfasts.

Don't ruin your vacation. We never experienced such a bad staff. The manager (owner) himself is making the whole athmosphere very unwelcoming he is so annoyed that there are guest. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. Pool is too cold. Breakfast is the very same packed things every single day. The location is horrible as there is nothing you can reach easily. Wifi was most of the time very very slow.

Superbe hébergement, au calme, proche de Chora

Nous avons passé une semaine, début septembre, à Ammos Naxos. Un endroit magnifique, avec une belle déco qui fait plus penser à une maison d'hôtes. Jardin magnifique avec grande piscine, chambres avec kitchenette, belle terrasse, salle de bain avec une belle douche, literie excellente (lit kingsize). Petit déjeuner excellent avec buffet très soigné et excellent café. Accueil très gentil par Michalis, le propriétaire. Proche de l'aéroport, mais sans nuisances. Arrêt de bus pour Chora à 100m. A 5 minutes de Chora et du port en scooter/voiture. Un excellent choix ! Je recommande !

Beautiful Property

The owner is extremely pleasant, the property is beautifully kept as well as the room. Light breakfast is very nice, although the same each day. Be aware that there is nothing around this hotel for 20 minute walk. But it is ideally located close to a bus stop that gets you to the city in 15 minutes or the beaches in same amt of time. Only set back was the free pickup and dropoff from the port. We were forced to pay the return the taxi driver on our return to the port after insisting in the middle of the street with the driver that it was covered by the hotel. He said no, I called the hotel at 3 different numbers, texted, emailed and no response. I still have not been reimbursed and emails are now going unanswered. Poor way to end an otherwise nice vacation.

Great hotel in Naxos

Great hotel in Naxos. Located 5 minutes drive from the center. Rooms are quite comfortable, clean and modern. We had a small village by the pool which has everything you need. The only downside is the breakfast which is OK but options are quite limited. Overall I fully recommend this hotel!

Beautiful, clean, romantic

Are you looking for a beautiful, clean, romantic, child friendly & luxurious apartment hotel? Then look no further - Ammos is what you should head for. The 10 apartments have a cool interior design, are well equipped and they all have a nicely sized terrace overlooking the lovely green garden and the big swimming pool. We stayed for two weeks, rented bicycles the first evening and used them to get to town (10 min) and to the beaches at Prokopios/Agia Anna (15-20 min). The roads are busy, but the drivers are cautious and we felt safe. The ride from Ammos to the beaches is beautiful - you really get the summer feeling. We also rented a car for some days to explore the island. There is so much to see: Picturesque villages, archeological gems and a scenery both lush and wild/dramatic. By the way, footpaths are well signposted so for hikers Naxos is a good island to visit. Ammos is run by the super friendly owner Michalis, and with important assistance from Stella and Angeliki he succeeds in giving the guest the feeling that you are "at home". Breakfast is included and is worth waking up for: Almost everything you wish for is there. (Except tomatoes) Stella will also make her tasty omelette, if you don't prefer egg & bacon.

Perfect Accommodation!

Ammos Naxos provides the perfect island break. Located around 5 min by car from the town centre, Ammos Naxos provides a relaxed atmosphere and without the large crowds. The accommodation is of a high finish, modern and spacious. The pool is a great size to lay around all day or for a swim on those hot days. The hotel grounds are maintained to a high standard which helps to add that finished touch. The breakfast available is basic (fruit/cereal/pastries/juice/coffee tea/meat/cheese/boiled egg) but buffet style and ample amounts. Michalis the owner is very helpful with any questions and offers ideas on things to do whilst on Naxos. He is always on hand and very friendly. We hired a quad bike for 2 days which enabled us to explore the island's beaches, villages and venture into the town in the evening. A great holiday and a great place to stay whether a family or a couple.
