The staff is AMAZING and makes this hotel where we stay every trip to NYC. The breakfast is also a big selling point, along with easy location for shows. The rooms are terribly small, not in super fantastic condition; but we don’t spend much time in the room anyway.

clean friendly. property is aging -the kitchen is fairly well stocked for cooking but our oven didn’t work and only two burners worked on the stove. we had a two bedroom suite the area is great for shopping and restaurants and grocery easily available. quiet.
