Comfortable and luxurious, 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, 11th-floor condo located directly on the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico – your Escape to Sun and Luxury! This generous 1800 sq. ft has porcelain plank flooring custom furnishings, designer touches, exquisite decor, and attention to the smallest detail. And the view!!! The view is amazing taking in both the view of the beach but also the Santa Rosa Sound, giving you the best sunsets, the beach has to offer. Inside you will find an open floor plan that gives you those views whether you are standing in the kitchen or lounging on the sofa.

The spacious kitchen has state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances, an induction stove top, a convection oven and convection oven/micro combo, and custom and functional concrete countertops that complement the view from the windows. Three can comfortably sit at the kitchen bar while meals are being prepared. The adjacent dining table will seat between 8-10 and opens into the spacious living room.

The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit will most certainly distract you from the large smart flat-screen TV and DVD player for those occasional stay-in days. There is also a wireless sound bar to crank those tunes up and enjoy music as you prepare dinner or relax watching the views. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and a rocker. The balcony off the living area facing the ocean is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or sunset cocktail.

The longest pier in northwest Florida and unobstructed views of Navarre Beach and the Santa Rosa Sound are yours to enjoy. There are 2 lounge chairs for those afternoon naps in the shade while listening to the waves and seating for 4 at the table.

Custom-made ramps are provided for those in wheelchairs so they can also enjoy the balcony. The master bath is handicapped accessible with a roll-in shower, grab bars, and seat for those needing special attention. Custom cabinetry that even allows a wheelchair to roll up and under the sink - simply remove a shelf under the cabinet.

The pool deck with the big, hot tub and toddler pool is accessible by a ramp. From there the new boardwalk is gently sloped and ends with a ramp straight into the sand for easy accessibility.

The master suite with a luxurious king-size bed also features access to the balcony and floor-to-ceiling views of the gulf. Elegantly decorated in cooling gray and yellow you will never want to leave the room. A desk is also provided for those needing to put in a few hours of work with the free Wi-Fi.

The second bedroom also features a king-size bed with more beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Sound and a full en-suite bath. With a separate balcony facing west, one can enjoy the glorious summer sunsets while sipping wine. The bedroom also has a seating area to enjoy the morning coffee or curl up and read a book while looking out over the Gulf or watching your favorite TV show.

The third bedroom is designed to be a media room with a queen-size adjustable bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large TV with a DVD player and Wii player. A few films and games are provided for your enjoyment. The attached bathroom has the most exquisite turquoise glass tiles which gives the illusion of showering or bathing in the Gulf.

A hall closet laundry room with full-sized stacking machines makes for easy cleanup after a day at the beach or lounging by the pool. This condo is in the fantastic Caribbean Resort complex - great pool, two hot tubs (one is extra-large), covered seating, and open seating at the pool area.
