Stunning Beach Views of Gulf-14th Floor-Dog friendly-See the longest pier in FL!

  • Located on the Florida Panhandle, this condominium on Navarre Beach provides less crowds than the popular nearby Destin while still boasting white quartz sand and spectacular beach views of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious 14-th floor corner condo has a wrap around south and west facing patio, abundant natural light, ten-foot high ceilings, crown molding, granite kitchen countertops, and a separate wine/beverage cooler and wet bar. The beach was newly replenished this summer and is twice as wide as last year! We normally book from Saturday to Saturday but we are open to inquiries for alternate days. Monthly rentals are also available.

    Wake up to the gorgeous gulf view from the owner's suite, equipped with double sinks, walk-in-closet, separate shower and soaking tub and has it's own entrance to the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The north bedroom also has it's own balcony which overlooks the Santa Rosa Sound, bathroom, kitchenette, and washer/dryer.

    The building includes amenities containing a workout area, game room, one heated pool, one regular pool and a hot tub. There are pet friendly bags and trash cans as well as a separate area for outdoor grilling and smoking.

    The owner purchases a seasonal chair service which supplies two chairs and one umbrella during the day from March to November. Additional chairs can be rented on the beach. Enjoy the beach life at the premier location in Navarre Beach at The Pearl Condominiums.

We had such a wonderful time. The condo is amazing, clean, comfortable and spacious. It’s probably the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. Great stay without the crowds

1406 is a great spot for a family trip. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom layout provides great views and plenty of space for a family to relax. The kitchen is updated with plenty of pots and pans for those who want to dine in. Short walk to the beach and two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for you! What more could you ask? We booked an inshore fishing charter and were able to meet the boat less than a mile away. The Navarre pier is also just a short walk. The spot is equidistant from Destin and Pensacola so pick your spot and head out for the night.

Breathtaking and beautiful!

What can I say except wow! What a beautiful condo with the most magnificent views you could EVER want. The condo was spacious and extremely functional for our family. The elevators and distance to the ocean made easy transitions to beach day! Despite a pool being out of commission for a few days, the pools and hot tub were also great. We will definitely book again! Also communicate was stellar by both Jason and Joe. We will absolutely be booking again!

Loved the space, probably a little too big for us, but loved it. Televisions were a little hard to figure out, but that is probably us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Master bed was very comfortable. Freezer door is sticking, so may want to fix that as people will fail to close it all the way. Otherwise would recommend to anyone who loves Navarre like we do! Also loved that it was pet friendly.

"We have had the most wonderful stay! This home is just perfect! The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings and decor are pristine and SO BEAUTIFUL! This condo had everything you could possibly need! GORGEOUS ocean views from master and living room and beautiful views of the sound! Walking distance to nice restaurants and fun things for us to do. We hardly wanted to leave during our stay and we were more than a little sad to have to go home. Love love love! If we could give this rental more than 5 stars we would. We can’t wait to come back!"

Sparkling Clean & Gorgeous-Inside/Outside & All Directions-Our New Favorite Beach!

Sparkling clean condo & complex - perfect location for our family to celebrate the New Year. We loved the layout of the condo, private bathrooms for each bedroom, nice! 2 Balconies & the bay side balcony view was just as pretty as the view on the gulf side I thought. The pier is just short walk down beach, fun to see all the fishermen set up & catching fish, we watched a you tube video after we got home of person dropping gopro under pier, amazing how clear & beautiful the water is & there were a lot of fish around the pylons of the pier, we might need to try to fish when we go back, just google youtube gopro at navarre pier. Restaurant that we loved - Andy Ds, ate there more than once, short walk down beach, owner greets everyone, great atmosphere, some of our group had the pokie bowl i think it was called, really good! Beautiful just sitting on balcony enjoying coffee. We met Sweetpea at the turtle sanctuary, walked over there too, found lots of shells on the beach, drove over to the Gulfarium in Ft Walton, short drive, loved the Dolphin show! Oh, even though the temperature was in high 50s/low 60s, family enjoyed the swimming pools & especially the hot tub, i was so impressed by the staff at the Pearl, they keep everything so clean, pools & hottub were amazing! Our kids would plunge in the cold pool, then go jump in the heated pool & mix hottub in the fun. Sorry for so many words, we just had an amazing time at The Pearl.Owner & staff communicated exceptionally! Thank you!
