Beachview 102 is a beautiful property located a short walk from the Gulf of Mexico. Relax in the comfortable living area with a fully equipped kitchen for all of your mealtime needs. With 2 king beds and a queen sleeper sofa, this unit is equipped to sleep 6 people comfortably! Enjoy free cable and WiFi, a tennis and pickleball court, community charcoal grills, and a pool only a few feet from the condo. This condo has a cute and comfortable beach theme which makes for a great place to create family memories. Come enjoy the coastal getaway and plan your next vacation at Beachview 102!

*ONLY one dog up to 25 lbs is permitted. A $250 non-refundable pet fee is collected after your reservation is placed. Please mention your dog when reserving the unit.* Allotted pet area for guest to walk their dogs is near the Beachview sign near the road, and they have a station for feces pick up. Guests cannot use the grass outside of the unit for this. ***There are cameras on property and the HOA will assess a $100 fine for any dog waste that is not picked up***

AREA ATTRACTIONS:

Navarre Beach is a quaint beach community found just east of Pensacola and boasts 12 miles of sugar-white shoreline. Tucked between the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach Marine Park, this beach community offers solitude and simplicity, far from crowded theme parks and packed beaches. You will find solitude and simplicity for sun-seekers, families, outdoor adventurers, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts. Navarre’s pristine beaches are named among the best in the nation year after year. Visitors can sun on the beach, swim in emerald waters, enjoy a picnic in the park, or pedal along a scenic bike path.

While you’re here be sure to visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. Guests can learn all about sea turtles including local celebrity Sweet Pea, a rescued green sea turtle, and conservation education. Snorkel and shore divers will enjoy the beautiful Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and artificial reef ideal for snorkeling and diving for any skill level. Rent a bike, kayak, or paddleboard at Sage Paddle Company, catch your own dinner at Navarre Beach Fish Pier, visit the animals at Gulf Breeze Zoo, or take a scenic drive, just minutes from your cozy vacation home down to Pensacola Beach.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. If you’re lucky, you might catch them practicing on any given day while relaxing on the beach. Pensacola Beach also hosts an air show each July, and there is a show over the Naval Air Station each November. If seeing the Blue Angels isn’t enough, venture over to the Pensacola Navy Base for public access to the National Naval Aviation Museum, a Pensacola favorite, offering a rich historical experience for kids and adults alike. Onsite of the base is the Pensacola Lighthouse Museum where you can climb up the winding staircase for breathtaking views or walk down the boardwalk to take pictures on Barrancas Beach. Wonderful week with impeccable accommodations!!

Perfect place!

This is our second time staying in this condo and we absolutely love it! Recent renovations are beautiful. Everything we needed for my family of five. Easy walk to the beach and patio right next to pool. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Perfect!

A WONDERFUL STAY!!!

The condo was very lively and brought out the beachy atmosphere. The trip to the beach was a very short walk. The smell of the salt water was refreshing from the back patio. The condo provided everything we needed and was very relaxing.

Home away from home

Flaming Sunrise is a gem. Sweet little condo for our family getaways. We liked it so much last year, we made sure to book again for this year. We just got back from our 2nd trip and it was wonderful. The new renovations to both the bathrooms with the addition of walk in showers was amazing. This place feels like home away from home. Plenty of space for our family of 5. It's a very short walk right at the walkway onto the beach.

Great experience in this condo.

Owner was very responsive during booking process. Everything was as indicated. Kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. Really appreciated the 2 King beds. Condo was very clean, was super easy to access during our stay. Pool was well maintained and staff was very friendly. Loved the sound machines in both bedrooms. Would request this condo for any return trip to this complex. We have stayed in this complex with various family member for 6 years.

Great location!

We were very satisfied with our stay at this condo in our first trip to Navarre. Susan, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to texts/messages. (My daughter accidentally left her favorite stuffed animal there and Susan made sure it was locked up to so she could mail it back when she came down:) A huge deal to a child that it didn’t just get tossed out!) The condo is perfectly situated for a “walk” to the beach. Maybe 50 steps—not even an issue! No cart needed. While it doesn’t face the ocean, it’s basically as close as you can get to it and the walkway to the beach. The unit backs right up to the pool yet was never loud or noticeable. Other guests and residents were friendly and quiet. (Although we could hear every movement possible from the upstairs folks—but it could have been that there were way more guests than allowed up there.) Lots of comfy seating in the living room and adequately furnished kitchen. We would absolutely go back to this condo and recommend it to others:)

Relaxing

Our stay at Flaming Sunrise was a relaxing time with our family. Flaming Sunrise was a nice two bedroom, two bathroom place to stay that is right by the beach. It isn't one of those high rise condos with lots of people. It is a ground floor unit. You park your car in front of door and walk in. The back door has a patio by the pool and is very nice. They had a table and around 6 chairs on their patio. They also have a hose to wash the sand off and we kept all of our beach chairs etc. on the patio during the week. They have a "small" communal charcoal grill right by our patio. We only used it once and it got the job done. I had read that they don't allow you to bring your own gas/charcoal grill so we brought an electric griddle and and electric skillet. I used them to cook on the patio. They have electrical outlets on the patio. They also had some beach toys and a beach chair in the closet which was nice. The people who live in this complex were friendly to us and we enjoyed our time at Navarre Beach. This is our third time to come to Navarre Beach but our first time to stay at Flaming Sunrise. They were very easy to work with and took good care of us at check in and check out. We look forward to coming back.

Nice Location and Unit

The unit was perfect for what I needed while taking care of my grandchildren. It had everything we needed, though an air fryer would be nice:) It was easy to enjoy the pool, walk around the area, and enjoy the beach. This time of year was a bit cold. The only issue we had was after 5pm the keyless entry lock did not work and we were locked out for about 30 minute and the after hours contact number was unable to help resolve the issue. Thankfully, the keyless enters lock eventually opens and we were able to gain access to the room again. This was a tough moment with 3 young grandchildren by myself and bad weather outside. This happened again, but eventually opened after about 5 minutes. The day management replaced to keyless entry lock 2 days after the first incident, due to store availability. Overall, it was a wonderful experience as far as the unit and location was concerned.

We love staying at Flaming Sunrise!

Flaming Sunrise has become our favorite place to stay on Navarre Beach. The condo is always clean and well stocked. We love that the pool is right outside our door and the beach is across the parking lot. The location to everything is just perfect! Susan is so easy to work with and always responds to any correspondence quickly. We can't wait to come back!

Family Fun Vacation

Our family had a great time. The condo was stocked with everything our family needed, bedding, dishes, and we especially enjoyed the beach toys and fun stuff-boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. We also liked the back patio where we could sit and relax in rocking chairs and watch the pool. My daughter really enjoyed the shell ID book and took to shell collecting. We were also thankful for the cookies provided on arrival :) I would recommend this condo to anyone especially with a family. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that it was SO nice to have sound machines and fans provided for sleeping, as we all use fans normally at home to sleep.

Great condo close to the ocean

We loved our stay here! Close to the beach, clean pool, ground floor was so convenient, and very clean on the inside! We definitely recommend this place! Great for families. The beds were also very comfortable! The owner is also so easy to get a hold of!

Fun in the sun!

We had a great trip to Navarre at Flaming Sunrise! The condo was nice and clean. We loved the ground floor patio that made it so easy to come and go from the beach or pool. The beach was easy to access as well. We had good weather all week so we enjoyed plenty of time in the sun!

Great place to stay.

Flaming Sunrise Condo definitely exceeded our expectations. The condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The location is adjacent to the pool and steps from the beach. The kitchen has all the tools to make memorable meals. There are plenty of dishes and cookware. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets and very comfortable king size beds and light blocking curtains. The bathrooms are modern. I especially enjoyed the patio which has plenty of chairs and two rocking chairs. The patio is perfect for enjoying the morning sun and coffee. The neighbors are very friendly. The owners made sure our stay was perfect. I’m looking forward to our return next year.
