12th fl Beachfront 3BR/3BA & Beach Service - w/Private King Lock Out Suite
Caribbean Resort 1202 is a 3BR/3BA Condo w/ Pool/Hot Tub/Umbrella & Chair Service . This unit is located on the 12th floor, center of the building with full Gulf views of the sparkling turquoise blue waters and sugar white sands you can only find on the Gulf Coast.

This listing includes two beach chairs + umbrella set on the beach daily for our guests (March 1 - Oct 31). We also provide beach towels and a cooler. this is a $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

*Pool will be heated starting Oct 1

Rates are based on the number of guests. This unit will sleep up to 8 maximum.
The exterior front door area of this unit is monitored by a RING camera.
Each unit is allowed 2 parking spaces (not reserved) and permits will be provided upon check in.

Caribbean Resort 1202 features a separate/private lock out or mother-in-law suite with a king bed, full bath and efficiency kitchen. It even has fabulous water views! This third bedroom is located between the laundry room and kitchen. It can be locked off from the rest of the condo and has a seperate exterior door.

This beach retreat is decorated to remind you of your ocean getaway – tranquil and relaxing. It includes smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, video streaming, and non-carpet floors. This getaway also includes an umbrella and two beach chairs during the summer season each day of your stay! With floor-to-ceiling windows, you will feel like you are actually on the water.

Great place to spend vacation with several amenities you have at home. My favorite is the extra ice maker in kitchen for cups and coolers. The only thing to improve would be to make the queen size beds actual queen size, more like regular. Would definitely stay again. The two beach chairs assigned to the room was a real plus as well. Thanks for letting us spend our vacation there.

The Most Relaxing Beach

1st time coming to Navarre Beach. We booked this condo last minute. It has a great view. It’s roomy. We loved it. We had everything we needed to make Breakfast and Lunch. Close enough to places to eat dinner. It’s a great beach! We can’t wait to go back.

Large and comfortable apartment with a beautiful view

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment, very suitable for the six of us. The view is unique and memorable. The apartment is perfectly located on the beach. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzis.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked that it was a smaller building and not one of hose 2-4 bulding complexes. The condo itself was nice and had lots of extras others dont. (beach towels, extra ice maker, extra kitchen items, etc. Quick response from DeeAnna when contacted. Great time.

Amazing Home Away From Home

This was by far the nicest condo we have ever rented in Navarre Beach in the 20+ years we have been vacationing there. Beautiful accommodations and interior design, clean and neat, fully equipped kitchen (important since we mostly cook in due to dietary restrictions), ample room and comfort for all guests, and a gorgeous view. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Smith family vacation

It was a wonderful condo, roomy enough so my 14 month old granddaughter had room to play. One of our tvs didn’t work so DeeAnna went above and beyond to accommodate us by sending a new tv. (My grandson was so happy.) We enjoyed the condo so much that we’re going to hopefully book it again for next year..
