    Come and enjoy this upscale and spacious home located on Navarre Beach. This 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom Beach Front townhome has 2 large decks over looking the white sandy beaches and emerald surf of Navarre Beach. No flights of stairs to climb, take the private elevator from ground to third floor. The second floor main living area has double sliding doors that open to a large spacious deck with plenty of deck chairs and table. The custom kitchen features, granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances. Full size laundry room with W/D and large sink. Also large screen TV’s in each bedroom, WiFi Internet Access.

    The home offers a master suite with a king-size bed, large bath and spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom includes 2 vanities, large custom glass enclosure shower, sliding doors open to third floor sun deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins. The other upstairs bedroom has 2-queen size beds and connecting full bath with shower and walk-in closets. Main floor bedroom has a queen bed with adjoins bath with shower stall. The outdoor covered patio offers shower, storage, beach supplies and additional refrigerator for beverages.

    No smoking or vaping inside the home or balconies.

    Navarre Beach is located just 10 miles from Pensacola Beach, 12 miles from Ft. Walton Beach and 25 miles from Destin. The perfect location for your family!

Awesome beach view

my sister and I loved our stay. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We had direct beach access to the gulf, the weather was warm and the beach wad not busy at all. We will be back again!

Best experience in many years!

This beautiful condo has a gorgeous view of the gulf and beautiful sunrises. The floor plan is excellent and the condo is well stocked with most of everything you need. We will definitely be coming back!

Spent the Christmas weekend and truly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, convenient and comfortable. Well organized and fully functional kitchen… anything I looked for, was there! We will stay here again. Thank you!

Everything was as described. The view from the master and the direct beach access well worth it. Location was perfect and never crowded. We came end of July first of Aug for a week. Anything you need is within a short drive.

Awesome Ocean Beachfront Property

We picked the perfect place for our vacation. It has great beach access & the boardwalk is just steps away. The place was extremely comfortable & has a well stocked kitchen. We were also very happy to have an elevator. It made it easy to get your luggage & groceries in from the bottom level. We will definitely look into renting this place for our next trip to Navarre Beach. We highly recommend.

Beautiful view!!!

Very well stocked kitchen tools. Shower on 1st floor extra full size fridge with freezer on 1st floor in storage area. Beach chairs & 2 umbrellas. Kayak & paddle board available. Weather & water controlled by nature so was not very good this trip. Still very nice inside & multiple levels deck & shade in main one.

Seaweed & Jelly fish showed up the last 2 days of our stay, but we drove down to Destin and the water was clean and perfect for swimming.

The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed making our own meals. The sleeping accommodations were excellent and very cozy. We had such a good time with the direct access to the beach and we certainly enjoyed watching the sunsets from our decks. The elevator was such a bonus! We both have heart conditions, so not having to negotiate the steps was a real boost (pun intended) We certainly plan to come again.

Water was perfect, weather was outstanding and the house really does have everything you need to cook & feel comfortable. Elevator was a godsend for packing/unpacking. Appreciate all of the water toys (though we didn't use, it was nice to have access). Thank you! I absolutely recommend!!

The kitchen was well-stocked with some basics but also other items like a nice blender, crockpot, griddle. Both decks provided beautiful views and the furniture that was very comfortable and the walk to the beach is just seconds away from the house. There is an extra fridge in the storage under the house, and that was so helpful to have! The kids loved the paddle board and the beach furniture was in great condition! Once we figured out the elevator, it was such a help with luggage and when we had groceries. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about.

It is very well equiped ( does need more forks), with very comfy beds,nice linens and well equipped kitchen. The elevator was a big plus for me 3 months after knee replacement. The location is convenient and beautiful...with the ability to see BOTH sunrise and sunset! My favorite was the deck off of the master bedroom to see the dolphins and the big waves. We had dinner at Andy D's a few times and it was very good...blackened grouper was excellant. The only complaint was the everyday noice of deck repair next door! Other then that I highly recommend this rental

The master bed was really uncomfortable, and they tried to fix it, but it didn't help. They said that they may replace it. Hopefully they will. But that was the only problem we had.

We had a wonderful vacation! We were a party of eight. The space was very clean and well stocked with appliances, bedding and seating. Not sure we would have comfortably had two sleep on the futon in the downstairs queen room though and the queen bed in that room was a bit noisy. Fortunately there were just two of us in there. We saw dolphins every day from the spacious deck. The location is perfect! Close to the pier and Gulf Shores National Shoreline. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful spring break stay with our children and grandchildren. This could easily be a 5 star review but the rental needs a little attention to detail. Location is excellent and beach is fantastic. The rental is very quiet; we seldom heard any noise from the adjoining unit. Kitchen and beach storage room both need some declutterring.
