Guests love "Big House." We think you will too. This is not a crowded, cramped condo in a high-rise without a yard. This IS a free standing 3500' beach home with room for children and fun. Wrap-around deck. Double lot, high ceilings, unique design. Water views from every room. Green grass fenced double lot. Open floor plan means family time together. Is this the most beautiful home on the island?

This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath Navarre Beach, Florida home sleeps 16 comfortably. "Big House" is a 5 minute bike ride from the Gulf Islands National Seashore (which is located between Pensacola Beach and Destin). Local seafood restaurants and waterfront dining are just 3 miles away...at the "end of the island."

There are many who believe that the beaches of Florida's Panhandle are among the most beautiful in the world. In fact, the Travel Channel has listed Florida's Panhandle beaches in the World's Top 10...ahead of Hawaii and the Caribbean. And, among all of the Panhandle's beaches, those who know rate Navarre Beach as the most beautiful and family friendly. And, "Big House," (as named by a 3 year old) is considered by many to be the most beautiful home on Navarre Beach...you can decide for yourself.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, separate cooking island and lots of dining space. For our guests we've just remodeled our kitchen with all new granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. New dining room table and two new red sleeper sofas.

Great for entertaining.

There are water views from every window and a 360* wrap-around deck on the main level. The bedrooms have private decks for morning coffee or watching sunsets. You are just across the street from a public walkover which is your gateway to lots of lazy days at the most beautiful beach in the Panhandle! THIS IS A VERY PRIVATE HOUSE! We promise you that your first visit here won't be your last!

Wireless internet, video/CD/book libraries, pet friendly at property manager's discretion and an air~hockey / pool / ping~pong table combo for the kids. There are lots of board games, cards, puzzles, Legos, stuffed animals & toys everywhere. Mothers love "The Big House" because their little ones ALWAYS have something interesting and fun to do.

This house was perfect for our family. The location is amazing, a short walk to the beach. Our host, Lou, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! The house was well equipped with starter supplies to get you going!

Great Times at The Big House

We really enjoyed staying at the big house with our extended family! The kids had a blast playing air hockey and we all loved swimming in the pool and sitting in the shade under the house. The very short walk to the beach made it easy for everyone to come and go from the ocean as they pleased. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property!

This home was what our family needed for a great family reunion! We have a large family and different kids flew in from several different states. The accommodations were great. There was enough room for us and it is easy walking to the beach and the bay side. The only thing that was a little hard was that the 2 bedrooms that share the jack and hill bathroom….. those bedroom have a common loft ceiling so that even if you turn off your lights, you can still see some on the other side and the conversations are not private as you easily hear the other people in the other bedroom! Would be nice if they were truly separate bedrooms so you couldn’t hear. That was the only thing though. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool was a lot of fun and it was a great area underneath the house to be out of the sun and visit. Would come here again if we can!

We vacation at Navarre Beach every year, I have to say this is one of the best houses we have stayed in. The owner Lou is a great host. He was quick to get in touch with and just treats you like family. I will definitely stay there again.
