Great location, everything within walking distance, Clean room with comfortable bed. Negative; wifi very weak, no AC when we stay in October, must keep window open to have cool air then the noise at night till midnight.

We had a lovely room with a balcony, even though the city was extremely busy and we were in the thick of it, when we closed the shutters on a night we never heard a thing. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were great

I love this hotel, is close to everything and also you walk outside and there is a train station to go everywhere. The hotel was very clean, I had a good streets view and the staff was very friendly always happy to help. I took the train to go to the airport, to the Real Madrid stadium and more places and is very safe. 100% recommend for everyone.

Wonderful hotel with great location, nice rooms, helpful staff and excellent service

Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!) And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.
