"We had a lovely time visiting and being close to so many things to do on the outer Cape. Overall it was clean, spiders may have moved in since last guests. Kitchen has a plenty of kitchen items/dishes for just about any meal you would make and china dish set for entertaining. The Braun coffee maker did not work and error code indicated that it needed to be cleaned and descaled. Fortunately, was able to use the old percolator pot after I found the cord. Pictures on website of the inside are outdated. Walls have been painted and couches replaced really making it seem bigger and more modern than we expected. The beds were not the most comfortable but there was quite the selection of various pillows to find the one that was just right for your comfort and added blankets in closet. The chairs shown for the outside fire pit are not there. We did find some small beach chairs in the shed by outdoor shower. On days it rained the selection of games in closet was a life saver for something to do. Yard is large and private."

Cozy Colorful Cottage Perfect for 2!

"The property was as advertised, a tiny cottage which was sort of like a studio apartment—the bed took up most of it but it had a good sized full bathroom, a kitchen area with a full sized fridge, microwave, and toaster oven and basic stuff like oil, salt, pepper, etc. It also had a coffeemaker with about 4 different options for filters, but no actual grounds provided. There is an outdoor space with a grill that I didn’t use, so can’t comment on. The bed was sufficiently comfy, there was a dresser to put my clothes in so my bag didn’t take up precious space, and parking and entry were easy. The property manager is a company so there is a website they send you to in order to register completely, which makes things a tiny bit more complicated, but if you have basic tech savviness, you should be just fine navigating that. Otherwise it was pretty easy for me to access the rail trail via bike within a few minutes and to get to Provincetown by car in around 20 minutes. Overall, would stay here again if I am just looking for a comfy place to settle in/read a book in the evening/sleep."

"A great place to spend holiday (or vacation) with your family or friends. The host is very communicative. We came during a major nor’easter. The host made the space ready early so we did not need to drive around during big winds and heavy rain. We will definitely recommend this place and host."

"It’s a gorgeous view right on the edge of the pond. The kettle pond is large enough to canoe. Inside it is light and bright. Very clean and dog friendly. My husband found the shower to be a little small but the water pressure is great!We would definitely go back"
