"Pros: The views were incredible from all the balconies, and the villa was spacious and clean with almost everything two families needed. Nice welcoming pack from the property manager with wine, chocolate, and chips for the kids. (simple but really nice move) Overall, our stay was great, and we really enjoyed the property. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved to make the experience even better. Cons: 1. We had agreed with the property manager to give a 2 hr notice of our arrival and then a second final update 20' before check-in, which we did right on time. Unfortunately we received a message 10 minutes before arrival saying the manager couldn’t make it at the agreed time, so we ended up waiting about +-30 minutes after an 8-hour drive with small kids which wasn't the ideal start. 2. Pool, it’s outside the property (walk down a road), not ideal with kids, and shared with the community. Sharing with one/few house is very different from sharing with ~50, so this should be stated more clearly in the description. 3. AC/electricity: We understand the wish to use AC sensibly, but in mid-August heat it’s essential for comfort. After paying for a 10-day stay, the extra charge for reasonable use, left a slightly negative impression."
