"The restaurant below the hotel is delicious. The basic rooms are just a simple small room with a bed and bathroom, the suite was worth the extra money. Stairs are a little steep to get up carrying your luggage, Parking was across the street but not a terrible walk, Overall I enjoyed my stay."

"Loved the peaceful and isolated setting. Exactly as described. Our only complaints were: 1. There were a few Asian beetles which really surprised us since it is winter and 2. The front door had no key or entrance keypad, so if you wanted to leave and lock the house, you would always have to go through the garage using the garage door opener and then entry to the house through the attached garage. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The steps to the upstairs are a little in the steeper side, but when you get up to the huge master bedroom with attached bathroom, you forget about that lol. We would definately stay again! Very peaceful"

"Absolutely amazing view of the sunrise in the morning from all the windows on the back of the house! Nicely decorated with a modern clean asthetic that creates a welcoming calming atmosphere we were looking for. "

"From the time we booked and all the way through our stay we had lots of questions and Christina was right there to answer them. We stayed during a blizzard so we couldn't be outside but we found plenty to do inside. Christina provided extra chairs and tables so we could play games. We had our family Christmas and we had everything we needed. Some of our family went ice fishing right off their shore. Christina's husband John offered advice about the fishing. We didn't catch anything but we had fun trying. John also helped dig us out on our last day. The place is by no means new, but she's got character!!!"

"Our entire family enjoyed everything the house had to offer from the wonderful loft room, convenience of the garage entrances to upstairs and the basement, top end kitchen appliances and all the necessities you can imagine!!You can tell that hospitality was the main focus of the home design. Host responses were timely and appreciated. We hope to come again!!"
